Trenutne razmere zaradi zaostrovanja glede epidemije virusne bolezni COVID-19 nas sili v to, da \u010dim bolj redko obiskujemo trgovine ter da nakupujemo premi\u0161ljeno koli\u010dino hrane. S tem bomo pomembno vplivali na manj zavr\u017eene hrane ter ostankov.<\/p>\n<p>Ponujamo vam nekaj nasvetov kako \u010dimbolj ekonomi\u010dno voditi gospodinjstvu v \u010dasu, ko smo doma:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010ce vam \u010das in znanje dopu\u0161\u010data, kuhajte obroke iz osnovnih \u017eivil, saj ima tako pripravljena hrana ve\u010djo hranilno vrednost in ne vsebuje aditivov.<\/li>\n<li>Znotraj posameznih skupin izdelkov (na primer med sadnimi jogurti ali med kosmi\u010di za zajtrk) izberite tiste z ustreznej\u0161o prehransko sestavo, kar razberete iz sestavin na embala\u017ei.
